Settlement Success
In June, Dave White and Lynn Judkins negotiated a $450,000 recovery for their real estate developer clients against a national title insurance company. The claims stemmed from the company’s failure to identify or otherwise exclude a known natural gas line easement that dissected the client’s luxury residential subdivision and forced the clients to incur significant redesign and redevelopment construction costs.
