Wayne E Smith
Wayne Smith has over 20 years of experience in litigation. He has tried over 20 first chair jury trials in both Kansas and Missouri. In addition, Wayne has argued matters before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, the Kansas Court of Appeals and Kansas Supreme Court. His practice focuses mainly on insurance defense. Wayne has served as a judge pro tem in Kansas State and Municipal Courts. He is one of three permanent pro tem judges for the City of Overland Park, Kansas.
