Phillip V Sumner
Philip Sumner is an experienced litigator representing local, national and international companies in the areas of commercial litigation, product liability and insurance defense. He is licensed in Missouri, Arizona and Texas. Philip has experience managing all facets of litigation, including the preparation of pleadings and discovery, creating legal budgets and litigation strategy, drafting complex motions and briefs, presenting oral arguments before both state and federal courts, taking and defending depositions, representing clients at arbitration, mediation and settlement conferences, and working closely with high-level corporate directors and officers in every stage of dispute, from litigation strategy and negotiation to trial.
