Mark M. Haddad represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of complex legal matters. Focusing primarily on defending financial institutions and their officers in cases involving lender liability, employment related disputes, securities violations, and contract issues. In addition, Mark also has significant experience in the areas of fiduciary liability, trade secrets and Trust law. He has appeared before judges and juries in both federal and state courts throughout the Midwest. Mark has successfully completed the Ross T. Roberts Inns of Court trial advocacy program and is a member of the Bar in both Missouri and Kansas.
In law school, Mark participated in the Family Violence Clinic where he represented victims of domestic violence. He also received a State of Missouri Public Service Award working with Mid-Missouri Legal Services providing legal representation to the poor.
Mark completed his undergraduate degree in three years and is an Eagle Scout.
