Kyle N Roehler

Kyle Roehler is an AV Peer Review Rated attorney, Martindale Hubbell's highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability. Kyle has tried cases in Kansas and Missouri. Kyle's practice is focused on insurance defense, extra contractual liability, personal injury, and products liability litigation. In 2009 and 2010, Kyle was selected by his colleagues in the Missouri and Kansas bars as a "Rising Star" in personal injury defense, an honor that was recognized in Super Lawyers. Kyle is an active member of the Defense Research Institute and the Property Loss Research Bureau/Liability Insurance Research Bureau. In 2011, he is speaking at the PLRB Regional Adjusters Conferences on "Handling Severe Loss Claims."
