Joseph R Ebbert
Joe Ebbert's practice is focused primarily on defense of Workers' Compensation claims in both Kansas and Missouri. Joe has appeared at all levels of Workers' Compensation matters from the administrative level to extensive practice before the Kansas Board of Appeals and Kansas Appellate Courts. Joe is also a frequent speaker and participant at continuing legal education seminars on workers compensation issues. He is a member of the MoBar Worker's Compensation CLE sub-committee and has recently served as Moderator for the MoBar Workers Compensation Institute in Kansas City. Joe has also served as a guest lecturer for the Graduate Program at the University of Kansas School of Nursing on employment law and contract negotiations. Joe also has extensive jury trial experience, having been lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials.
Community Involvement
Joe has served as past president of the Kansas City, Kansas Sertoma Club. Joe and his family are active in their church and in youth sports in Tonganoxie, Kansas.
