Jason Leiker
Jason Leiker has been a commercial litigation attorney for eight years. Jason concentrates his trial practice in the areas of banking, construction, commercial and business litigation. Jason also has experience in insurance coverage and defense and real estate transactions and disputes. Jason typically represents both individuals and businesses in various business, corporate and real estate transactions. Jason has first and second chair trial experience in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, along with experience taking and defending depositions throughout the country. Jason also has experience mediating cases.
Of Note
Jason is a graduate of the 2008-2009 Kansas City Bar Leadership Academy. Jason sits on the Board of Directors of the ALS Association Keith Worthington Chapter. Jason successfully participated in the Ross T. Roberts Inn of Court for the 2005-2006 session and completed the MODL Trial Academy. Jason is a continuing legal education presenter and has co-authored legal articles for the American Subcontractors Association's monthly publication. Regularly, Jason gives presentations to local entrepreneurs regarding common issues faced by small businesses. In law school, Jason received the CALI award for excellence. Jason also played collegiate baseball and soccer and is an Eagle Scout.

Jason and his family are actively involved with Westside Family Church. Jason also volunteers his time to various legal causes and charitable organizations.
