Christopher J. Zarda is an associate with the firm's litigation division, focusing on insurance defense in matters including coverage issues, personal injury defense, and claims involving construction law disputes. Christopher has significant litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels, with first and second chair trial experience as well as appellate briefing in state and federal courts.
Christopher is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas School of Law, where he received a legal emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Law and was named to the Dean's List multiple times. While in law school, Christopher was elected each year by his peers as a Student Bar Association Representative and participated in the Entrepreneurial Law and Practice Clinic, assisting individuals form and manage start-up business entities. Christopher also served as a research assistant for Professor Patrick A. Randolph, serving as research project leader of several semi-annual updates to the legal treatise Friedman on Leases.
