David W White

Dave White has tried banking, employment and insurance cases in federal and state courts throughout the Midwest. His experience ranges from complex commercial cases and class actions to individual discrimination cases. In his career he has represented banks and their officers and directors in federal or state courts in over 20 states. Additionally, he regularly advises employers and employees on employment and workplace issues. He has earned an AV rating (the highest rating available) from Martindale-Hubbell. Since 2010, Dave has been recognized as a Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyer, following a peer review survey to identify the top 5% of the lawyers in Missouri and Kansas.

Community Involvement

Dave currently represents Ward 3 on the Overland Park, Kansas City Council. He serves on Overland Park's Public Works, Community Development and Sister City Committees. Dave also served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, retiring in 1999 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Dave has served on numerous community boards and committees, including:
