Tiffany Klosener's practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment matters, as well as representing plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters. Tiffany has been involved in trials in both the state and federal courts, including the trial of a sexual discrimination and harassment claim
resulting in a successful $81 Million Verdict. Tiffany is an Advocate with the
Association of Trial Lawyers of America National College of Advocacy,
participated in the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers Trial Academy
in 2004, and was a member of the C. Edwin Moore Inn of Court from 2000 - 2002.
Tiffany and the firm are committed to the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association's Diversity Initiative and are active participants of the Diversity Committee.
