Lynn Weddle Judkins has successfully tried cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants in Missouri and Kansas Courts. She specializes in business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction defect, contracts, real estate claims and lender liability claims. Lynn also has experience with a variety of product liability and personal injury cases, as well as defense of clients' insterests in Of Note While in law school, Lynn was managing editor of The Urban Lawyer review, where she was published twice. She also was student editor of the Journal of American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, where her comment, The Road to Splitsville: How the Timing of Valuation During Marital Dissolution Leads to Costly Detours, appeared in 1998 . Lynn competed as a member of the UMKC's National ABA Negotiation Team and received on of the 1999 Tiera Farrow Awards for Outstanding Female Law Student at UMKC. Community Involvement: Lynn has advised the Board of Directors for the Mid-America Games for the Disables, a regional multi-sport copmetition and qualifying event for the Paralympics, since 2001. She and her husband also volunteer with their son's Pack 303 of the Boy Scouts of American and Dogwood Elementary School.
