Joe Ebbert's practice is focused primarily on defense of Workers' Compensation claims in both Kansas and Missouri. Joe has appeared at all levels of Workers' Compensation matters from the administrative level to extensive practice before the Kansas Board of Appeals and Kansas Appellate Courts. Joe also has extensive jury trial experience, having been lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials.

Community Involvement
Joe has served as past president of the Kansas City, Kansas Sertoma Club. Joe and his family are active in their church and in youth sports in Tonganoxie, Kansas.
