Dave White has tried employment, banking and insurance cases in federal and state courts throughout the Midwest.  His experience ranges from complex commercial cases and class actions to individual discrimination cases. 
In his career he has represented banks and their officers and directors
in federal or state courts in over 17 states.  Additionally, he regularly advises
employers and employees on employment and workplace issues.  Dave is
a 2003 recipient of the KCMBA President's Award, which recognizes
individuals for outstanding service to the Bar.  He is AV- rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Of Note
Dave was named Outstanding Senior Man at Pittsburg State University, and also was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (Leadership Honorary), Phi Alpha Theta (History Honorary), and Scabbard & Blade (Military Honorary).  While completing his legal education, Dave earned a position on the Dean's Honor List and served as an Associate Editor of The Urban Lawyer.

Community Involvement
Dave currently represents Ward 3 on the Overland Park, Kansas City Council (http://www.opkansas.org/_Gov/Mayor_and_Council/white.cfm). He previously served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, and retired in 1999 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Dave has served on numerous community boards and committees, including:
